The mission of the Dutchtown South Community Corporation (DSCC) is to preserve and promote the neighborhoods and businesses in Dutchtown, Gravois Park, Marine Villa and Mt. Pleasant.
We strive to do this by developing high quality homes and providing leadership and education in order to create and sustain a thriving residential and business community.
 Developing high quality housing, either directly or by encouraging private sector investment.
Marketing the Dutchtown, Gravois Park, Marine Villa, and Mount Pleasant neighborhoods to lenders, real estate agents and potential residents as a desirable residential community.
Assisting Dutchtown residents and businesses in problem solving and community improvement by providing leadership and education.
